Email Discussion Group

The Foster care listserv is an email discussion group open to all those involved in providing care for children who are at-risk of, or are living in out-of-home care. We welcome foster, adoptive, and kinship care givers, social workers, educators, administrators, legislators, etc. The list's purpose is to share information and knowledge that will enhance our ability to aid at-risk children achieve their greatest potential. By sending one email to the listserv's address, your message will go out to everyone on the list. PLEASE BE ADVISED, THIS LIST GENERATES A LOT OF EMAIL PER DAY.

The Foster Parent Community is the owner of the list. Notification of new articles and services to the FPC website will also be generated through the listserv. If you prefer not to be in a discussion group but would like to receive announcements regarding the FPC website, join our Announcement Only List

Anyone involved in the care or welfare of at-risk children is welcome and encouraged to use this listserv, however, proper netiquette will be appreciated. While FPC believes in freedom of speech, we reserve the right to ban any persons using the list for self promotion or in an unfriendly manner when posting to the list. No postings are to be reprinted without written consent of post originator and confidentiality concerning foster children's name and any identifiable specifics are greatly discouraged .
